Digireact is an Erasmus project in partnership with five other schools in Germany, Ireland, Greece, and Portugal. Its aim is to create a new tool, primarily targeted at businesses, to make remote learning more engaging and enhance the professional skills of corporate trainers in this perspective.
Among other fields, COVID-19 has also impacted corporate training and team management, making digital transformation, along with the adoption of microlearning, even more urgent in a world where everything revolves around online activities.
To enhance employee productivity and establish efficient team leadership, DigiREACT combines personalized training and gamified learning in an Experience Brewing Engine that will provide effective skills retention tools for creating an engaging online experience for employees.
To this end, the project develops a comprehensive training course for EQF level 3 corporate trainers who aim to engage their employees in remote or hybrid work modes. Additionally, DigiREACT also creates an Employee Experience (EXP) platform facilitated by Artificial Intelligence and gamification mechanisms, serving as a constant training and skills retention tool for employees. Finally, the project provides a solid framework and support for the creation of European synergies that can influence the recommendation of new solutions for sustainable development and sustainable digital transformation.
